Shipping and Returns

Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed promptly and original artwork should be shipped within 2-3 days and may arrive in 4-10 business days, depending on the carrier and service.


We care about your order and have taken substantial precautions to ensure your artwork arrives safely! All artwork is well-packaged to prevent damage during shipment. Our standard shipping carton for stretched canvases is specially designed for shipping valuable paintings and is puncture, shock and crush resistant. We recommend retaining this carton and all packaging material for future use as it can come in very handy when moving or transporting the artwork.

Damaged Shipment

If your artwork arrives damaged, let us know immediately so we can address it. We may request a couple of photos of the damage so we can determine how we could avoid such occurrences in the future. If the shipping box is intact, we may choose to send you a return shipping label and would request that you kindly return the damaged artwork.

Return Policy

We genuinely hope your purchased artwork meets your satisfaction. However, we do offer an extremely generous 90-day return policy. We only ask that you pay the return shipping costs.

Also, artwork should be returned only after prior authorization has been obtained from us via e-mail or phone. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the artwork you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return the painting.

Shipping Carrier

Your package may be shipped by either the USPS, FedEx or by UPS depending on destination, costs, package size, weight and other factors. Orders will be shipped from the artist’s studio located in Houma, Louisiana. For customers close enough to Houma, we could make arrangements for you to pick up the artwork at the artist’s studio.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Depending on the carrier and service, you will be provided with a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.

International Shipments

For shipments to destinations outside the US, please note that the addressee is responsible for all duties and customs charges incurred for international deliveries. We apologize for the burden this may cause.
